Redland Crossing, built in 1981, is comprised of 170 townhomes on 6 streets in the Derwood community adjacent to both Gaithersburg and Rockville in Montgomery County, MD. We are situated just 0.5 miles from the Shady Grove metro station on the Red Line, which can get you into Washington D.C. in about 30 minutes. By car, DC is also only about 30 minutes away, the Baltimore inner harbor is about 45 minutes, and downtown Frederick, MD is about 30 minutes. A 2 hour drive will get you to Deep Creek Lake in Western MD, Charlottesville in the beautiful Virginia Blue Mountains, or the popular Eastern Shore of Maryland.
